Countdown To Christmas!!

Can you believe it's already December?!?! I am just getting out our Christmas things so we can put up our tree tonight! Layla is ready too! I had to let her try on the hat while I was unpacking some boxes. She didn't mind!
This weekend was full of surprises! We planned a surprise shower for our friend, Nicole, to celebrate the upcoming arrival of her second daughter, Avery. It was so much fun planning and celebrating with everyone!
Nicole posing with her cake top! It was a mini-her! So cute!
So much fun at the shower before the big surprise! It was so exciting waiting for Nicole to get there!
I think she was truly surprised!!

The awesome cake! It was delicious too! From my favorite Sugar Fairy! www.thesugarfairy.com
Kelly's Baby Shower-holding up her USC onesie! So glad I got to be there for the shower! I'm so excited to meet baby Laura Elizabeth!
The kitchen at our new house in Greenville, SC. The cabinets were just going in when I was visiting, so that was fun to see! Things are really starting to pick up now. I can't wait to see it when we get back there in '09!
After traveling home to South Carolina for a few days to visit family and check on our new house I finally have a chance to update. How wonderful it was to be home! Our house is only about 6 weeks away from being completed and it was so much fun to go and see the progress! The outside is almost complete-they are just putting the stone on now.

Enjoy your holidays! It is such a wonderful time to remember how blessed we are to have such wonderful family and friends. God has truly been good to us this year! We feel so lucky!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
Layla was the only one of us to dress up on Halloween so I thought I would post a picture of Princess Layla-not to be confused with Princess Leia;)
Most of the kids loved it except for the first few who were TErriFIeD! I mean, come on people-she's wearing a hat!!

Some Updated Pics from this fall

Here's just a few pictures of what's been going on this fall. Here's Atiyyah cutting his birthday cake. Yes, it's a cake. And YES, someone walked in and attempted to grab a "bottle" out of the "bucket". It was all cake and sugar (even the coasters) and very tasty!!

Here are Andy and I with Joe and Gina at the 49ers Academy Gala. The auction was very fun and successful at raising money for the kids at the Academy. Andy and Joe even auctioned off an afternoon of kicking lessons! Very sweet, guys!

Here's some of us at the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk in San Jose last Saturday. We walked 3 miles and gathered donations for the fight against Breast Cancer. Even little Will joined us! It was a great morning!

Now we're into the bye week and just taking sometime to relax together. Andy was planning on going back to SC to check on our house, but decided it was better to just stay here. (Things aren't quite as far along as we'd hope). Tomorrow is Halloween so look for a pic of Layla! She's got her costume ready! Safe travels to all who are going home for the bye weekend!

Update

Things are going great out here in San Jose! The 9ers are off to a good start (2-1) and headed to New Orleans this weekend.  I'll be cheering them on from out here while Andy's parents are traveling down there to cheer them on!
We've been busy finalizing some things on our house in SC and trying to pick out furniture so our house will be ready for us when the season is over! Here's an updated picture of the house from last week-it finally is starting to look like a real home!

Man it's been a long time since I've updated! We've been home in South Carolina for a month, Andy has been through training camp, 4 pre-season games and the first regular season game. We have had our first round of visitors here and gone-left this morning--wow a lot has happened!
Andy's Mom, Dad, brother Nick, Aunt Wanda, and Uncle Alvin were in town for the past few days and left this morning. We had fun going to the game (even though it was a loss we still think we're playoff bound) and enjoyed visiting Napa and San Francisco.
I've also been busy starting my new part time job. I am now a Southern Living at Home Independent Consultant! I love it! I just had my first party a couple of weeks ago and it was great! I got so many wonderful new things! If you would like to see the catalog you can go to www.southernlivingathome.com! Let me know if you see anything you like or if you're interested in selling it too!
Here's some updated pictures from the last couple of months! Enjoy!

Here's Rebecca and I on the back patio when she came out to visit. We had fun shopping around and spent a couple days in Napa. We visited a few wineries there and went to see the Old Faithful Geyser in Calistoga. They have some cute animals there-llamas, sheep, and Tennessee Fainting Goats-they are so cute! I recommend going to see those little guys!
We even went to eat at a restaurant in San Francisco where one of the guys on Top Chef works! Too bad he was off that day!
I'm so sad she had to leave so soon! Come back Rebecca!

Here's a group of us after a Pre-Season Game. Can you believe we are all bundled up in August!?!
Training Camp 2008: The only fun part about Training Camp is getting to take pictures with Andy with his jersey on! Doesn't he look so cute!!
July 12, 2008 was officially named "Andy Lee Day"! Here's Andy receiving his key to the city at a BBQ they held for him. We are all so proud of him!The annual Sunset Beach crowd! June 28-July 5

Promise to update this more regularly!!!!!

FINALLY! AN UPDATE!

Hi everyone! Sorry it has taken me so long to update this thing! This month has been really busy! I spent about three weeks back home in South Carolina and I'm just now getting a chance to catch up. The trip home was great! It started with my sister's graduation and going to see our new house, and then the next week or so was spent getting ready for Kelly's bridal shower and wedding. I miss everyone already and I can't wait to be back soon! Here are some pictures....enjoy!Rebecca's Pre-Graduation dinner

Us before Graduation started

Rebecca's graduation happened to fall on the same day as my sister Stefanie's 8th birthday. We stopped by for her "sleepover" birthday party, but Stefanie was quick to tell us that sleeping was something they wouldn't be doing at this party! (she's so funny!) You can see by the next picture that maybe Katie(6) could have used a couple more hours of sleep the night before...

Ok...it's getting late...I'll update more tomorrow!

Update

The past few days have been great! Andy had a good mini-camp (he says the team is looking good!!) Besides that, we've just been trying to figure out what's going on with our house in South Carolina. We've been trying to make up our minds on how to arrange the kitchen (appliances and all) so we've talked to a kitchen designer, and we're going tomorrow to a cooking class to use some of our possible future appliances! Hopefully we'll decide soon, but enough about that! I'm so excited to go back to SC to visit everyone soon! I'm getting everything gathered up to start packing! The next few weeks will be busy with my sister's graduation-- (woop!woop! go Rebecca!) Kelly's bridal shower and wedding, and visiting family. I'll update everything when I get back! I'm really gonna miss seeing Andy and of course Layla, but I know they will be just fine! Maybe Addie can come over and play again with her! They were so cute chasing each other around and Addie throwing the ball to her (nice arm!) Here's a couple of pictures from when the Bajemas and the Wragges came by the other night. I'll miss you guys and our bible study! You'll have to keep me updated on what I miss!
